The conversion factor used to obtain these figures is an approximation
since the actual figure depends on the mix of generation capacity
used to generate the electricity and the losses in the transmission

compared to the amount that would have been generated if electricity
consumption had remained stable at the original rate between November 2009 and January 2010.
